Do you have questions about the Club Card and how MyMountainClub Points work? We've compiled some answers for you here.
Registration Information
- To collect points, you need the OK Bergbahnen app, register with MyMountainClub, and have a MyMountainClub card (rechargeable chip card) from OBERSTDORF · KLEINWALSERTAL Bergbahnen. For some badges (e.g., collecting points in restaurants), you also need the OK Bergbahnen app!
- Any natural person over the age of 16 can collect MyMountainClub points. Registration for the MyMountainClub Points program is free.
- Each user collects points for themselves and their MMC account. We therefore recommend that each person (16 years and older) create their own account. You must manually enter the Club Card number (your data storage device for your ski pass) in your Club account. Please keep your Club Card safe. The keycard itself has no expiration date and is therefore valid for several years!
Information on collecting points
- Points can be collected through various activities in winter (e.g., 1 day of skiing on weekdays) and summer (e.g., scanning a QR code at an Adler 7 station), and year-round, e.g., by visiting our restaurants, providing personal information, and visiting our partner establishments.
- You must enter your Club Card number to collect points. This number is entered manually via the MyMountainClub interface.
- In summer, the Adler 7 & Berti's Treasure Hunt badges require activating the camera in the OK Bergbahnen app. To collect points, you must scan a QR code at the respective location.
- Points can also be collected in our restaurants. Each paying participant receives 15 points for every €15 spent. A maximum of 45 points is possible per day (for a bill of €45 or more). In the full-service restaurants, guests receive a paper voucher with a clearly printed QR code. This QR code is scanned using the OK Bergbahnen app. Each paying guest receives a maximum of 3 vouchers per service restaurant. Please note that a maximum of 3 vouchers can be scanned per day. At the self-service restaurants, you can scan your QR code (Club Card or OK Bergbahnen app) on a scanner, and the service staff will award the corresponding points. You can collect points at these restaurants.
- You also collect points by providing information (e.g., interests or following our social media channels).
Information on redeeming points
- Points for mountain railway tickets can only be redeemed via our online shop.
``` * In our self-service restaurants (Fellhorn, Kanzelwand, and Nebelhorn) as well as at our partner establishments (Snowcompany Kleinwalsertal, NTC Oberstdorf, Audi Arena, and Kletterhalle Kempten), you can redeem your points using your QR code in the OK Bergbahnen app.
Other important information
- To collect points in the ski area or hiking area, you need a MyMountainClub card! In summer, you can collect many badges even without a ClubCard. All other card types (e.g., Superschnee) are excluded from participating in the points system!
- In restaurants, you can either collect points OR redeem points during a restaurant visit (Fellhorn, Kanzelwand, and Nebelhorn). You cannot do both at the same time.
- The points you collect remain valid for 3 years. If you collected points from the 1st to 3rd year, the points from the 1st year will be automatically deleted in the 4th year. The 2020/21 winter season will not be counted due to the coronavirus pandemic.
- Retroactive crediting of points is generally not possible.
- Collected points can only be used for personal use and are therefore not transferable to other people! Anyone over the age of 16 can register for MyMountainClub.
- Employees of Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal Bergbahnen are excluded!
