Whether it's a one-day school ski day or a multi-day school ski week, Germany's largest two-country ski region, OBERSTDORF · KLEINWALSERTAL, offers winter fun on 130 kilometers of slopes of all difficulty levels.
Beginners' area, ski rentals, and child-friendly slopes provide the perfect start to the school ski week.

Experience the 10-person cable car at Söllereck and set off from here into the Allgäu mountains.
The panoramic trail to Riezlern or the hiking trail to Freibergsee, for example, guarantee stunning views. From Freibergsee, you return to the valley station of the Söllereck cable car.
After the hike, a visit to the Allgäu Coaster is a great option.

Söllereckbahn cable car ride & Sölli wooden ball ride for the wooden ball track.
The Söllereckbahn cable car offers another highlight at the adventure park in Oberstdorf with its XXL ball track, Sölli's Ball Race.
The wooden ball track is over 200 meters long and divided into four sections with exciting elements. Right next to the climbing forest, the wooden balls start their journey along curved tracks, ball slaloms, funnels, and cowbells. The wooden balls excitingly find their way down the mountain. This makes the hike from the mountain station to the valley station a fun and entertaining experience for young and old! The ride takes approximately 1 hour. The Sölli wooden ball is a popular souvenir and a great memento to take home.
Playgrounds along the way: Mountain station with the Sölli Ball Express and the PistenBully snow groomer right next to the Allgäu Coaster.

Round Trip Cable Car & High Ropes Course & 1 Ride on the Allgäu Coaster. After taking the Söllereck cable car up the mountain, Germany's highest-altitude forest ropes course awaits you right next to the mountain station.
It features 8 courses and 70 climbing elements.
After a thorough safety briefing by our certified instructors, you can independently choose your activities while safely secured. The Söllereck High Ropes Course is equipped with the SMART-BELAY-SYSTEM. This system prevents accidental unhooking and is used in all courses.
Afterwards, take the cable car down to the Allgäu Coaster. Here, a thrilling ride awaits you on the year-round toboggan run on rails.

Exhilarating tobogganing fun awaits on our summer toboggan run on rails.
One of the most beautiful year-round toboggan runs in the Allgäu region, stretching 850 meters along a winding track with built-in jumps and dips. Using the brakes, you can control your own speed on the Allgäu Coaster. Just the way you like it!
A plexiglass cover keeps you dry in rainy weather.

Using Fellhorn as an example, participants will experience how people, nature, and technology can be harmonized. Both summer and winter measures will be presented. The excursion includes the following topics: environmentally friendly, visitor-guided trail concepts, ecological construction in alpine regions, GNSS-guided snowmaking, sustainable energy concepts, landscape-oriented alpine farming, protected areas for flora and fauna, and behavioral guidelines for alpine environments. The excursion will also address historical, geological, and geographical aspects of the Allgäu region.

On this exciting, age-appropriate excursion, participants will experience the beauty of the Allgäu mountains with their vibrant flora and native wildlife, using the Fellhorn mountain as an example. They will learn about various alpine flowers and animals, and discover the strategies plants and animals must develop to become true survival artists. The excursion will also highlight essential protective measures and rules of conduct that should be strictly observed in alpine regions to protect both themselves and nature.

A true highlight of the Allgäu's highest mountain railway is the 400-peak panoramic view, which evokes a genuine high-alpine feeling at the Nebelhorn. Key topics include energy management, ecological building, regionality, alpine farming, avalanche protection, and conservation measures for flora and fauna.
