The Ifenhütte is located at an altitude of 1,600 meters in the heart of the Ifen hiking and skiing area and offers you genuine Austrian hospitality with traditional delicacies and a warm atmosphere.

The Auenhütte
The Auenhütte is located between the summit and the valley – right next to the Ifen valley station.
In summer, it offers an à la carte restaurant that leaves nothing to be desired, a playground for little mountaineers, and plenty of space to enjoy the mountains.

Specials
In summer (June – end of August), the Auenhütte invites you to a large barbecue buffet every Thursday evening. Live music is also featured on select dates.
From Friday to Sunday, the Sardinian pizza chef will bake your favorite pizza.

Practical information about the Ifen and a stop at the restaurant
Mountain railway: The Ifenbahn cable car, with its modern 10-person cabins, takes you up the mountain in comfort. Early risers are welcome in winter: the slopes open as early as 7:45 a.m.
Parking: Parking is available at the Ifenbahn valley station.
Directions: Easily accessible by car and public transport. Regular buses also connect to the neighboring ski resorts of Heuberg and Walmendingerhorn.
