Brunch on the mountain

Sunday morning on the Nebelhorn: crystal-clear mountain air, a panoramic view of up to 400 sun-drenched peaks, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, and great company – all this awaits you at the Nebelhorn Brunch at almost 2,000 meters above sea level.

Late risers and gourmets can look forward to a sumptuous breakfast buffet from 9:00 a.m. and a regional main course buffet for lunch. In between, there's time for a post-lunch stroll, a ride up to the summit station, or relaxing moments on our sun loungers.

The 400 Peaks Brunch takes place in the Nebelhorn Restaurant at the Höfatsblick station at an altitude of 1,932 m. From there, weather permitting, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of up to 400 alpine peaks.

The breakfast buffet offers all the delicacies of a classic Sunday breakfast with a large selection of fresh pastries such as rolls, pretzels, and croissants, cold cuts and spreads, jam, fresh fruit, juices, and various coffee specialties. There are also regional specialties such as apple strudel with vanilla sauce and other culinary surprises.

For the main course buffet, our chefs prepare a range of popular regional classics. Look forward to seasonal variety with various meat and fish dishes, Allgäu Kässpatzen (snacky dumplings), a salad buffet, and a variety of side dishes.

The Nebelhorn summit brunch is held on selected dates at the Höfatsblick station and runs from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

From Oberstdorf, take the Nebelhorn cable car up to the station. The price per person includes the round trip, and the ascent to the summit station is also included. For those who already have a valid cable car ticket, the brunch price is reduced accordingly.

We recommend an early start. A glass of sparkling wine awaits you, either at the Höfatsblick station or at the summit.

At 9:00 AM, the extended breakfast buffet opens, a delicious start to the day for early birds and late risers alike. At lunchtime, the main course buffet continues, featuring a wide array of regional and seasonal delicacies. In between, there's time to relax, take a walk, or even take the cable car to the summit.

The Nebelhorn isn't just about its diverse culinary offerings. Both in summer and winter, unique mountain experiences in nature await you here. In winter, after brunch, you can take Germany's longest downhill run back to Oberstdorf on skis or a snowboard, or use your meal as a boost for a hike any time of year.
