The online shop
How do I find the online shop?

You can find our online shop on our website via the shop button in the top right corner or directly under the link www.ok-bergbahnen.com/shop. You can also access our shop via the free OK Bergbahnen app. The corresponding button is located at the bottom center of the app.

Are there discounts on certain tickets?

Yes. As a MyMountainClub member, you collect valuable points in your club account and can redeem them for discounted tickets. Discounts are available on the Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal season pass, day and multi-day tickets, as well as selected pedestrian tickets! The discount is only available in the online shop and not at the ticket offices! Select your desired ticket online and redeem your collected points during the ordering process.

Where can I enter a discount code?

Select your desired ticket in the shop. A window will then open where you can enter your personal information. There you will also find a field for your discount code. If there is no option to enter a discount code, no discounts are available for the selected ticket.

How do I get a club card?

You'll receive a keycard from us as soon as you purchase a ski ticket. You can turn this keycard into your personal club card. To do so, download the OK Bergbahnen app and register for free in MyMountainClub. In the club area, you can enter the 23-digit number found on your keycard. Once the club card is linked to your profile, you'll receive all the club benefits.

I already have a keycard. Can I use it in the online shop?

Yes, if it's a Skidata keycard. You can load a valid ticket onto this keycard in the webshop. To do this, enter the 23-digit number on the back of the keycard during the booking process. The ticket (e.g., a day ski pass) will be automatically activated the first time you go through the turnstile.

NOTE: If you are a MyMountainClub member and want to take advantage of all the benefits, you must register your club card number with the club!

I have booked several tickets onto my registered keycard. How do I activate them?

If you have booked multiple tickets on your keycard, they wait in the system to be activated sequentially. When you go through the turnstile with your keycard, the first matching ticket is activated. As long as this ticket is active on your keycard, all other tickets remain inactive. The next ticket only becomes active when you go through the turnstile without an activated ticket (for example, the following day for day tickets). This process continues until all stored tickets have been used up.

I placed an order and received a collection code (QR code). How do I get my ticket now?

You will receive your ticket on-site using the collection code. Please either print it out or have it with you digitally. We have installed a total of 14 pick-up machines at the valley stations of our respective ski resorts. You can recognize them by our logo and the inscription "Pick-Up Machine". Scan your QR code at one of the machines and you will receive your ticket.

I ordered several tickets for collection at the pickup machine, and the QR code is the same for all of them. Why?

If you purchased multiple tickets in one order, they belong together and can only be picked up together. This is useful, for example, for families or groups of friends.

If you would like to pick up tickets at different times, you must order them separately. You will then receive a new QR code for each order.

How can I pay in the online shop?

You can pay either with VISA/Mastercard credit card (Note: your card must be registered for 3-D Secure. Please register your card via your bank's registration portal), with Apple Pay, Google Pay or via instant bank transfer (PaybyBank).

The amount was debited from my account, but I haven't received a booking confirmation. What can I do?

First, check your spam folder to see if the confirmation email ended up there. If you haven't received an email, contact us immediately by email at shop@ok-bergbahnen.com or call our shop hotline at +49 (0)8322 96 00 22 10. What happens if I entered an incorrect date of birth?

As a MyMountainClub member, you can update your date of birth under "My Data". In all other cases, please contact us by email at shop@ok-bergbahnen.com and provide your correct date of birth. We can then correct it in the system. Please note that random checks are carried out in the area. In case of misuse, your card will be blocked without replacement or refund.

Are there discounted prices for students, school pupils or trainees? Do I need to provide proof of eligibility when booking?

Students, pupils, or trainees receive discounted mountain railway tickets in the online shop if their birth year falls within the eligible period. The eligible birth years will be displayed when you select the discounted fare. Upload the corresponding proof of eligibility to purchase the discounted ticket. The "Proof of Eligibility" field will appear once you have entered your date of birth. Your proof will then be verified in the background by our staff. Please note that we check all proof of eligibility. In case of misuse, your card will be blocked without replacement or refund.

You can provide proof of eligibility for the discount with the following documents:

  • Certificate of enrollment
  • Student ID card
  • Certificate of school attendance issued by the school
  • Apprenticeship contract
  • Voluntary Social Year (FSJ) certificate
How can I upload or renew my proof of student/trainee discount?

Log in to the app (or on the website).

1. Go to the Shop and select a product. A window will open where you can edit your profile under Cardholder (click & pencil icon).

2. Here you can change your information and/or upload/replace your profile picture and file (.jpeg or .pdf) for the discount. The window for uploading proof of eligibility will only appear if your birth year falls within the eligible years for the discount.

3. Save, and you're done.

You can now close the window without having to add the product to your shopping cart.

Can I cancel my booked ticket?

Yes. Please contact us immediately by email at shop@ok-bergbahnen.com or call the shop hotline at +49 (0)8322 96 00 22 10. Please note that this is only possible as long as the tickets have not yet been collected. If you already have a ticket, please contact a member of staff at the OK Bergbahnen ticket office.

The MyMountainClub
Where can I find the club code?

You can find your club code in the OK Bergbahnen app under Club. At the very top of the club section, you'll see your MyMountainClub profile card. Your personal club code is located below your profile picture. Here you'll also find your personal QR code, which you'll need for collecting and redeeming points for certain promotions.

What is the MyMountainClub (MMC)?

The MyMountainClub is a free loyalty program for guests and fans of the Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal mountain lifts. As a member, you collect points and thus have access to numerous benefits and discounts, as well as helpful features.

What does MyMountainClub offer?

MMC members enjoy the following benefits, discounts, and features:

  • Discounts on various OK Bergbahnen mountain railway tickets in winter and summer
  • Access to the MMC Points bonus program: Collect points while hiking, skiing, and at our restaurants and partner businesses. Redeem your points for mountain railway tickets, at restaurants, or with our partners.
  • Up-to-date news from the two-country region
  • Customizable push notifications for weather, snow conditions, special offers, and news
  • Other features include powder alerts, a flower calendar, Skiline, etc.
How do I become a member of MyMountainClub?

What benefits do I have as a club member?

There are numerous benefits to membership:

How much is the discount on mountain railway or ski tickets?

As a club member, you'll receive attractive discounts on selected summer and winter tickets in our online shop during our promotional offers. If you collect MyMountainClub points during your membership, you can redeem them at any time for a discount on your mountain railway ticket! You can receive up to 10% off. Please note: all tickets are only available at the regular price at the ticket offices.

How do I set up push notifications and what advantages do they offer me?

Push notifications are usually activated the first time you open the OK Bergbahnen app. If you wish to change these settings later, you can do so via your device's app settings. We'll keep you up-to-date with all the latest news via push notifications – from exciting events and the current status of the cable cars and parking lots to snowfall alerts. You decide which types of notifications you want to activate or deactivate.

How can I delete my account?

Should you decide to delete your account, you have two options:

1. You can delete your account yourself in the Club area under My Data.

2. Send an email with your name, email address, and club code to shop@ok-bergbahnen.com. We will remove your data immediately.

The MyMountainClub Card
What is the MyMountainClub Card?

The MyMountainClub card is the keycard you receive when you purchase a ski ticket. In winter, you can pick up tickets ordered online at our ticket machines, and in summer at our ticket offices. The keycard becomes your personal MyMountainClub card when you register with MyMountainClub and enter the card number (the 23-digit number on the back of the card) in your account. In the future, book all your lift tickets directly to the keycard, saving you a trip to the ticket office or ticket machines. The keycard also offers many other benefits! The keycard has no expiration date; there is only a €3 deposit.

How does the MyMountainClub card work?

As a MyMountainClub member, you can add your Club Card to your account. You can then load individual mountain railway tickets onto the Club Card, such as day or multi-day tickets, as well as the Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal winter season pass. Of course, you can also load selected ascent and descent trips directly onto the Club Card.

How do I get my MyMountainClub card?

You'll receive your MyMountainClub card on-site when you purchase a ski pass – either at our pick-up machines if you booked online, or from our ticket office staff. In summer, you can also get the card directly at the ticket office if you booked online. It's a deposit card, for which you'll be charged €3. To take full advantage of the card's benefits, you need to register with MyMountainClub:/club/. You can then enter your 23-digit card number in your club area.

What are the benefits of the MMC Card as a club member?

As a club member, you can enjoy all the benefits of the Club Card:

  • Attractive discounts on day and multi-day tickets, the Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal season ticket, and selected pedestrian tickets by redeeming points!
  • Discounted parking at all Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal mountain lift parking lots
  • Save time: By adding tickets to your Club Card in the online shop, you can go directly to the turnstile without any detours
  • Your ticket to the world of MMC Points (bonus program for ages 16 and up)
How do I link or store my Club Card in MyMountainClub?

Once you have your blue Club Card in hand, you can link it to your account. To do this, download the "OK Bergbahnen App": https://www.ok-bergbahnen.com/service/mit-app-immer-obenauf/ and log in. Click on the Add Club Card button and enter your 23-digit Club Card number.

Tip: Use the helpful scan function and scan the QR code on your Club Card. Finally, click Save.

What are the advantages of the MyMountainClub card without club membership?

In this case, the MMC card simply serves as a data carrier. You can conveniently purchase your ticket online from home, book it directly to your Club Card, and thus avoid queuing at the ticket office. The online-booked card will be activated upon your first entry through the turnstile.

I already have a Club Card. How do I book a cable car ticket on my Club Card?

It's very easy in our online shop: /shop/. Go to our homepage: /shop/ or open the OK Bergbahnen app in the "Shop" section. Once logged in, you'll see the available tickets. Select the ticket you want and then follow the steps in the shop. Under Cardholder, you can enter your Club Card number (if you haven't already), and the ticket will be directly added to your Club Card. This saves you a trip to the ticket machine or ticket office. The purchased mountain railway ticket will be activated directly at the turnstile.

How does the Club Card work for the parking discount?

As a MyMountainClub member and Club Card holder, you receive a discount on parking at OK Bergbahnen. Simply link your Club Card to your Club account. Scan your Club Card at the parking meter and you'll pay only €3 instead of €5 for a day ticket. This works the same way with the Parkster app. Enter your Club Card's 23-digit chip number once.

Please note that the Club Card is only valid at OK Bergbahnen parking lots!

We are a family or a couple. Does each person need a Club Card?

Yes, the Club Card is your data carrier onto which individual mountain railway tickets are loaded. Therefore, the Club Card is your entry ticket for the OK Bergbahnen ski and hiking area. Each person needs their own Club Card. If you want to enjoy all the benefits of the Club Card, each person (aged 16 and over) also needs their own "MMC account": /club/.

I still have a valid ticket on my Club Card. When does it expire?

Information regarding the validity of your mountain railway tickets can be found during the booking process and in the subsequent order confirmation, which you will receive by email. Day tickets (summer and winter) are not dated and are therefore valid until the end of the respective season. Multi-day tickets in winter are only valid for the period for which they are booked. The Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal winter season pass is valid for the entire winter season.

The MyMountainClub Points
How are points collected in summer?

MyMountainClub members can of course also collect points in summer. The Adler7 stations offer particularly beautiful photo backdrops during the summer months. Points can also be collected by visiting selected attractions on our mountains. You can find all the information about collecting points in the OK Bergbahnen app under MyMountainClub in the Collect menu or here: /club/points.

Who can collect MyMountainClub points?

Anyone aged 16 and over who has their own MMC account & Club Card.

Note: Each account holder collects points with their own Club Card. If other family members/partners wish to collect points themselves, they need their own MyMountainClub account.

How are points collected in the ski area?

In winter, there are numerous ways to collect points – you can find all badges (point-collecting opportunities) on our overview page: https://www.ok-bergbahnen.com/club/points/. You need your Club Card to collect points in the ski area. You manually enter your Club Card number into your account.

What do I need to be able to collect points?

To collect points, you need to register with MyMountainClub, have a MyMountainClub card, and use the OK Bergbahnen app. You must also be at least 16 years old. You must enter your 23-digit Club Card number into the app. Please note that only one Club Card can be registered per participant, so please keep your Club Card safe for future seasons.

I don't have, and don't want, a MyMountainClub card. Can I still collect and redeem points?

Wherever a chip card is required (exclusively within the ski area), points can only be collected and redeemed with the MMC card. Points already collected will not be lost. You can still collect and redeem points at restaurants and with our partners, even without the MMC card. All you need is the free OK Bergbahnen app.

How are points collected at the Adler 7 stations in winter?

The same principle applies as with skiing. Each station has a scanner where you can scan your club card. The points will then be credited to your MyMountainClub points account. You receive 25 points per station per season.

How do I collect points at the Adler 7 photo points and Berti's treasure chests in summer?

We've listened to your feedback and simplified the collection process. You'll find QR codes at both the Adler7 stations and Berti's treasure chests, which you can scan with your OK Bergbahnen app. After scanning, you'll receive your badge with the corresponding points.

Do I also receive points for ascents and descents in the summer?

Yes. As a Club Card holder, you also receive points when you take a round trip on one of our mountain railways. You can find detailed descriptions of the individual badges within the OK Bergbahnen app under "Collect" or here.

How are points collected in the restaurant industry?

When paying at the self-service restaurant checkouts (Fellhorn, Kanzelwand, and Nebelhorn), use the on-site scanners. Have the QR code in the app or on your Club Card ready. In the full-service restaurants, you will receive a paper voucher with a QR code from the staff. You will receive one QR code for every €15 spent, up to a maximum of three per restaurant visit. Simply scan this QR code using the OK Bergbahnen app. To do this, go to the Club menu item and tap the Scan button.

Note: The amounts mentioned apply per transaction. Multiple receipts cannot be combined. You can collect points at these restaurants: /club/points/akzeptanzstellen-restaurants.html

How do I collect points through Data & Communication?

Interact with us and you'll be rewarded. You collect points by following us on social media, for example: https://www.instagram.com/okbergbahnen/ or by participating in one of our surveys. You can find all other badges and their descriptions in the club under Collect or directly here: /club/points.

Can I have points credited retroactively?

Retroactive crediting of points is generally not possible. Therefore, please ensure you always have your Club Card and app with you.

We will decide on a case-by-case basis whether points can be added retroactively.

Will my points expire if I get a new club card?

No, your points will not expire when you receive a new Club Card. Your points are always linked to your MMC account, not the Club Card itself. However, points can only be collected and redeemed with the MMC Card. Once you receive your new MMC Card, the number of your previous Club Card must be replaced with the number of your new one. You can change this yourself in your Club Account. Your points are generally valid for three years.

How long can the collected points be used?

Your points will be retained for 3 years. If you collect points from year 1 to year 3, the points from year 1 will be automatically deleted in year 4.

How can I redeem the points for the Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal season ticket?

Redeeming your points and receiving the associated discount is done through our online shop: /shop/. Select the Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal season ticket and fill in all the required fields. You will then find the MyMountainClub Points section. If you have enough points, the option to redeem them will be activated. The discounted price will then be displayed. Please note that you can only redeem the points for yourself; accompanying persons are excluded.

I have a Supersnow or Allgäu Glacier Card. Can I still collect points?

No. Collecting points is only possible with the Club Card. Only OK Bergbahnen tickets can be loaded onto the Club Card: pedestrian tickets, day or multi-day tickets, and the Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal season pass. The Superschnee and Allgäu Glacier Cards require a separate data carrier, which is also accepted in other Allgäu ski resorts, in the Tannheimer Valley, and at the glaciers. The points system is only offered by OK Bergbahnen.

Where can I find the club code?

You can find your club code in the OK Bergbahnen app under Club. At the very top of the club section, you'll see your MyMountainClub profile card. Your personal club code is located below your profile picture. Here you'll also find your personal QR code, which you'll need for collecting and redeeming points for certain promotions.

How can I redeem the points I have collected?

In our online shop, you can redeem your points for a discounted ski ticket. Select a suitable ticket (you can find an overview here), fill in your details, and then choose the option to redeem your points.

At partner businesses and in our restaurants, you will need either the QR code in your app or your Club Card. Scanning this will allow you to redeem the corresponding points.

Please note that you can only redeem the points for yourself, not for other people.

What can I redeem the points I collect for?

The points can be redeemed for discounts on ski tickets, in the self-service restaurants at Fellhorn, Kanzelwand and Nebelhorn, as well as at our partner businesses. Additionally, there are regular promotions throughout the season where you can redeem points.

How can I redeem the points I have collected for discounted ski tickets?

This is only possible in the online shop. If you want to redeem points towards a discounted ticket, you can do so during the ordering process. Simply select your desired pedestrian ticket, day ticket, multi-day ticket, or season ticket. If you are logged into the club, the cardholder's details will already be filled in. Once you have enough points, you can redeem them under MyMountainClub Points and receive a discount on the ticket. Your points account will be debited after the order is placed.

How are points redeemed in the restaurant industry?

You can easily redeem your collected MyMountainClub points for discounts at selected self-service restaurants (Fellhorn Middle Station, Kanzelwand Panorama Restaurant, Nebelhorn Market Restaurant).

Here's how to redeem your points:

  • Open the MyMountainClub app
  • Select your desired voucher
  • Redeem the voucher
  • Show the confirmation at the checkout
  • Pay with your discount

  • Important Information:
  • Only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction.
  • The voucher confirmation is valid for 30 minutes.
  • Please present the confirmation directly at the checkout.
  • Have identification ready if required.
  • Redemption must be completed before payment.
  • Cannot be combined with other vouchers or offers.
  • No cash refunds (remaining balances are forfeited).
Where and when can I see the points I've collected in my MyMountainClub points account?

Generally, points are visible in the OK Bergbahnen app under Club immediately after being collected. Here you can see your points balance. Click on Points Journal to see the history of your collected points.

Can I transfer my collected points to another club member?

No, your points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by you and for yourself. Anyone who has reached the age of 16 can collect points once they have registered to participate in the MyMountainClub.

How can I update my card number?

You need to manually enter your 23-digit Club Card number into your account. To do this, open the OK Bergbahnen app and go to the Club section. There you will find the button "Add Club Card number". Enter your 23-digit number there and save it.
