The "Walser Buura" are an association of farmers, producers, and processors of products originating in the Kleinwalsertal valley. They offer the entire range of products from local farms: meat and sausages, cheese and dairy products, honey, and many other home-grown products from the valley. We are proud to be part of this and thus contribute to greater regionality, quality, and a sustainable economic cycle.
The Meckatzer and Zötler breweries compete for the favor of restaurateurs, retailers, and consumers in the Allgäu region. Every day, people choose a cool Meckatzer Weiss-Gold or a Zötler Gold. However, the two breweries have one thing in common: for Michael Weiss and Niklas Zötler, beer is the most emotionally charged product there is. With their beers, both address the desire for an enjoyable time with friends and family. The breweries are now even more closely united by their "summit beer." The Allgäu family breweries Meckatzer and Zötler jointly supply the OK mountain railways on the Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal peaks, thus ensuring Allgäu brewing at the highest level.
