Your tasks and skills
Of course, as a snow groomer driver, you are responsible for the daily preparation of the slopes. So, you build the slopes at the start of the season and ensure that the snow cover is optimal for skiing throughout the winter – whatever the weather. No problem for you, the cold doesn't bother you, and you enjoy working outside amidst the white snow landscape anyway. What few people know, however, is that your varied responsibilities also include developing new slope sections, building fun parks and fun slopes, maintaining winter hiking trails, and transporting food and beverages. Complete documentation of your work is a given for you; after all, you are conscientious and well-organized. Thanks to your basic technical understanding, you also take care of the maintenance and upkeep of the snow groomers and immediately help with any repairs, even if it's the middle of the night. That's what makes our team special: We stick together and support each other wherever possible.
If you have a driver's license, are free from vertigo, and feel at home on skis, you meet all the basic requirements. Otherwise, we welcome experienced professionals, career changers, newcomers, and high school graduates.
We work differently. We work for fun in the snow.
It's obvious: The enjoyment of our guests determines your working day. A great responsibility, but one you enjoy. Because fun is your top priority – whether it's in your own tasks, while skiing, or when you're enjoying the breathtaking panorama of the two-country region.
