Your tasks and skills
From pleasant interactions with guests to assisting with boarding and disembarking to clearing snow – it's never boring on the chairlifts. Especially on snowy winter days, there's plenty to do out on the mountain. No problem for you, you're weatherproof and enjoy working in the fresh air. Whether it's setting up barriers and signs or keeping the entry and exit ramps in good condition. What many people don't know: Thanks to your basic technical understanding, you'll also support the operators in their daily tasks or regular inspections – we have a dual-control system. Is everything in perfect working order? As soon as irregularities occur with the systems, chairlifts, cables, or supports, close coordination within the team is required. Because we can't and shouldn't handle most of this work alone.
To start working with us as a chairlift employee, you don't need any experience in this field. As long as you're not afraid of heights and can ski, we also welcome career changers, newcomers, and high school graduates.
We work differently. We work with responsibility.
It goes without saying: The safety of our guests determines your workday. You always keep an eye on the weather without losing sight of the chairlift. It's demanding and sometimes nerve-wracking, but ultimately, you keep operations running – and in return, you experience breathtaking views of the two-country region every day.
