Your tasks and skills
As an employee in the HR department, you play a key role. You handle all important HR matters, from applicant management to contract preparation, payroll and forms. Good conflict management is essential in this area. Your communication and teamwork skills will also benefit you in the HR department. After all, you want to ensure a smooth day-to-day work for your colleagues. Communication with various authorities and offices is therefore largely your responsibility. This requires excellent language skills and, at times, real assertiveness. But we are sure you will get it done. Keeping track of all these HR issues is not easy, however. Fortunately, you are a true organizational talent and keep a cool head even during busy periods.
If you have training or professional experience in human resources, it would be an advantage, but it is not a requirement. Ideally, you have already worked with the HR platform P&I Loga. However, we definitely require proficiency with Microsoft programs for this position.
