Your tasks and skills
Whether it's providing product information, taking new orders, or providing information about the two-country region – as a service employee, you're the first point of contact for our guests. With your open, communicative manner, you'll put a smile on their faces while serving. Or you'll create a good atmosphere on the mountain by keeping tables clean. Preparation is everything in the hospitality industry. And since we work in the middle of a ski resort, shoveling snow is also one of your varied tasks in winter. Paying doesn't drive you to despair, even when things get hectic. Conscientiousness is especially important when it comes to cashing in. That's why you don't let such tasks unsettle you. And when the kitchen is in need, you'll put on your apron and lend a hand. That's what makes our team special: We're flexible, stick together, and support each other wherever possible – regardless of your position.
Training as a service worker is guaranteed to be your advantage. We also welcome career changers, returnees, newcomers, and high school graduates.
We work differently. We only work until the last cable car runs.
It's obvious: The lift operation determines your working hours. So you don't have to work early, late, or night shifts. You set off on the first cable car in the morning. Once you reach the top, the breathtaking mountain panorama of the two-country region welcomes you every day. And after your work is done, you can either take the last cable car back down to the valley or simply grab your skis.
