From product selection to pre-producing individual components to serving food – your daily routine in the kitchen is varied. You always pay attention to cleanliness and order, which is an absolute must for you when working with fresh food. Speaking of fresh: Convenience products are the exception rather than the rule for us. Therefore, you primarily consider seasonal and regional offerings when introducing new dishes. And because numbers don't drive you crazy, you can also calculate the cost of goods for them. You can imagine that things get hectic during peak times. But that's your time to stay focused and flexible. Even questions from guests don't throw you off track. Whether it's about ingredients or preparation methods, you're happy to help them. Once the hustle and bustle has died down, everyone pitches in to clean the kitchen. That's what makes our team special: We stick together and support each other wherever possible – regardless of your position.
A wide variety of opportunities await you in our kitchens: With a completed culinary apprenticeship, you have the skills to become a Commis de Cuisine (young chef), Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or even Head Chef. Depending on the position you take on, your tasks and areas of responsibility vary.
And career changers, newcomers, and high school graduates are also in the right place with us: As an assistant cook, you'll actively and reliably contribute to day-to-day operations.
We work differently. We only work until the last cable car leaves.
It's obvious: The lift operation determines your working hours. So, with us, you won't work late, in the evening, or at night. The first cable car in the morning takes you straight up to the top – the breathtaking panorama of the two-country region is included every day. And after a varied day on the mountain, you can either take the last cable car back down to the valley or simply grab your skis.
