Your tasks and skills
From serving guests to preparing drinks to cashing in – with us, you'll learn everything you need to make your stopover unforgettable. There's more to your training than you think: You'll learn what's involved in receiving and storing goods, take on basic kitchen tasks, and – thanks in part to your German skills – become a true team player and flexible in your work. But one thing is important to remember: Safety and health at work are a top priority for us and, along with adhering to hygiene measures, are a matter of course. If you enjoy your job on the mountain, we can also support you on your path to becoming a specialist in restaurant or event catering – it only takes an extra year.
We work differently. We only work until the last cable car runs.
One thing is certain: The lift operation determines your working hours. You have a fixed schedule – there are no early, late, or night shifts on our mountain. You'll take the first cable car in the morning to work, and in the evening it's up to you whether you take the last cable car or ski down to the valley. We offer you fair pay based on the agreed salary, free use of the cable cars, and a workplace with the best views in the two-country region.
