Description
At the chairlifts and ski lifts, attentive employees who keep a watchful eye on everything are essential. A strong sense of responsibility is paramount. Without you, the daily transport of guests wouldn't run smoothly, as you're responsible for managing operations: from boarding and disembarking to maintaining order at the station. You'll be constantly interacting with guests – so it's never boring. You won't always be working on the same lift. Getting there? Often only possible by ski or snowboard, which adds to the fun. Thanks to your basic technical understanding, you'll support the operators in their daily tasks and regular inspections – we operate on a four-eyes principle. Is everything in perfect working order? As soon as any irregularities occur with the machines, cable cars, cables, or pylons, solution-oriented thinking is required. Many of these tasks require more than two hands, which is why good teamwork is essential.
To start working for us at the cable cars, you don't need any prior experience. If you're comfortable skiing or snowboarding, we also welcome career changers, newcomers, high school graduates, and high school graduates. This job is also perfect for students during their semester break.
