As a member of the ticket office team, you are the most important contact person for our guests. You don't just sell mountain railway tickets, but also advise them on current offers and suitable combination packages. Thanks to your open and communicative nature, you are always happy to help guests, even when things get hectic during peak times. You remain calm and give every guest your full attention. From the weather forecast and hiking trails to bus schedules – you can provide the right information on any mountain-related topic. And if necessary, you can even do it in English.
