Snow fun in all seven ski areas of the Oberstdorf/Kleinwalsertal ski region: On December 16, Nebelhorn, Söllereck, Walmendingerhorn, Heuberg, and Ifen will also begin daily winter operations
Oberstdorf/Kleinwalsertal, December 13, 2022 - Thanks to the fresh snow and the low temperatures of the past few days, four more ski areas of the OBERSTDORF · KLEINWALSERTAL BERGBAHNEN will begin operating simultaneously next Friday, December 16, 2022: perfectly groomed slopes await their first visitors on the Nebelhorn, Söllereck, Heuberg, and Ifen. The range of slopes in the already open Fellhorn/Kanzelwand ski area can also be significantly expanded – thus, the connection between the two ski areas will be established starting Saturday. "We are delighted that we will be opening 25 lifts for ski enthusiasts starting Friday and will have conjured up 39 slopes by then," said Dr. Andreas Gapp, CEO of OK-Bergbahnen.
The Walmendingerhorn, known for its natural snow slopes, is still in the final stages of preparation for ski operations and will therefore initially only be open to winter hikers and sun lovers.
Whether you're a beginner skier, an athlete, or a leisurely skier, everyone will find their own comfort zone in the mountains of Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal. Thanks to groomed winter hiking trails, the winter panorama can be enjoyed even off-piste. Or how about a delicious cappuccino on one of our sun terraces?
