On Monday, November 18, the state government, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Chamber of Labor of Vorarlberg awarded the "Excellent Training Company" distinction for the third time.
Quality in practical and theoretical expertise
"We are delighted to continue to be recognized as an excellent training company in Vorarlberg. The extension of the distinction for another three years confirms that, with our trainers, we ensure high-quality training that equips young apprentices with practical and theoretical expertise," said Johannes Krieg, CEO of Kleinwalsertaler Bergbahn AG, about the award. The support and further development of its apprentices is a responsibility for the local mountain railway company, which they pursue with full commitment. "As an employer, we are committed to the motto of lifelong learning. To this end, we support our apprentices, as well as young and long-standing employees, wherever possible, to bring the best expertise directly to the workplace with targeted training opportunities," Krieg continued. The state award "Excellent Training Company" guarantees high-quality training and is valid for three years. "The mountain railway industry is subject to constant change. This is precisely what invigorates it and makes it a modern and diverse workplace, where the interplay of innovative technology and tourism inspires our apprentices," says apprentice trainer Markus Reichle.
