The mountains are the place of worship! When Regional Bishop Michael Grabow celebrates a Protestant service on the Kanzelwand at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 17th, he will do so at the mountain station high above the Kleinwalsertal in impressive surroundings, supported by the "d'Hirschegger" music club. Around 20 musicians and alphorn players will accompany the service and then invite you to a concert, which is free and takes place whatever the weather.
Folk songs, madrigals, chorales, as well as sacred and secular songs from classical to contemporary: the Günztaler Vocal Ensemble will offer this extensive repertoire on Sunday, June 18th, on the Nebelhorn. Under the direction of Christel Holdenried, the singers will accompany a mountain mass at 11:30 a.m. and then showcase their skills against the impressive backdrop of the Allgäu Alps. In case of rain, the event will take place in the panoramic restaurant.
