The unique steel structure, integrated directly into the steep rock faces on the north side of the Nebelhorn, allows for a barrier-free walk around the summit – with views reaching down to 600 meters.

The ride on the Nebelhornbahn cable car to the summit is an experience in itself. From the mountain station, the path leads directly across the terrace of the summit restaurant and through a short tunnel to the north face trail.
Magnificent view: Visitors can expect a barrier-free circular trail that offers a completely new perspective on the Nebelhorn and the entire Alpine panorama.

- Meeting areas (200 × 200 cm) are provided at regular intervals.
- A 4 cm high threshold is the only raised area.
- The nearest accessible restroom is located in the summit restaurant.
The North Face Trail and the summit station on the Nebelhorn were evaluated by a certified surveyor and awarded the Certificate "Accessibility tested: accessible for people with walking difficulties and partially accessible for wheelchair users" by the testing center.
