The Schrattenwang drag lift will be replaced by a new detachable 6-seater chairlift. It features child safety features and a weather protection hood and can transport 2,000 passengers per hour.
The Söllereckbahn cable car is scheduled to be completely modernized by 2022. In the first step, the over 50-year-old Schrattenwang drag lift on the same route was replaced in just four months starting in summer 2019 with a modern premium 6-seater chairlift from LEITNER ropeways.
The advantages of the new facility:
- Shorter waiting times
- The weather protection hood protects winter sports enthusiasts from wind and weather
- Safety bar for small children
The new design features modern leather seats and high-quality, non-slip upper materials, which further increase comfort. Children and beginners can learn to ski on the most modern facilities.
