Are you friendly, patient, and service-oriented? Then you're exactly the right person to join our team. Your daily work will be very diverse and varied: Whether summer or winter, peak or shoulder season – you'll be the first point of contact for our guests on our service hotline, advising them on all aspects of the OBERSTDORF · KLEINWALSERTAL BERGBAHNEN (mountain lifts) and thus contributing to their unforgettable stay in our mountains. In complaint management, you'll take care of our guests' concerns and needs. You'll remain calm and composed, acting as a rock in a storm. Together with our customers, you'll find the ideal solution for both small and large problems, ensuring they leave each situation with a positive feeling. You are fluent in both German and English. In your interactions with customers, you always remain positive and find the best solution. You will, among other things, support our customers in the online shop, answer inquiries, process complaints and cancellations, handle orders and payments, and coordinate closely with the accounting department on any open questions.
