Section 1 Booking Conditions - Fares

All prices are in euros including VAT. Errors and omissions excepted. For all discounted fares, presentation of a valid photo ID showing age is required (e.g., student ID without a photo only in conjunction with a personal ID). No further discounts are possible for tickets already discounted. The prices valid at the time of booking in the online shop apply. Subsequent discounts are not possible. Exchanges or changes to the validity period of tickets already used are not possible. Lost tickets will not be replaced without a receipt. All tickets are non-transferable! They will be confiscated in case of misuse. Due to legal regulations according to § 312g No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for online tickets and online bookings of events. No refunds will be issued due to force majeure (bad weather, operational disruptions, slope closures, avalanche danger, closure of individual lifts or ski areas, early departure, etc.).

Section 3 Data Privacy Statement

I agree that, for the purpose of facilitating the issuance and processing of a season or annual pass, my address data and photographs may be collected, processed, and used by the member companies of Allgäu-Tirol-Bergwelt GmbH and OBERSTDORF · KLEINWALSERTAL BERGBAHNEN.

I have been informed that the personal data collected for the aforementioned purposes will be collected, processed, and used beyond the season for up to three years after the end of the last validity period, in compliance with data protection regulations, and will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the fulfillment of the contract and statutory retention periods have expired.

I have also been informed that the collection, processing, and use of my data is voluntary and that I have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority at any time.
