§1 Booking Conditions Fares
All prices in euros including VAT. Subject to errors and changes. For all discounted fares, presentation of a valid photo ID with age information is required (e.g., student ID without photo only in conjunction with ID card). No further discounts are available for tickets already purchased at the time of booking in the online shop. Subsequent discounts are no longer possible. Subsequent exchange or extension of the validity period of previously used tickets is not possible. Lost tickets will not be replaced without a sales receipt. All tickets are non-transferable! Misuse will result in confiscation. No refunds due to force majeure (bad weather, operational shutdowns, slope closures, avalanche danger, closure of individual lifts or ski areas, early departure, etc.).

§3 Data Protection Declaration
I agree that, to facilitate the issuance and processing of a season or annual ticket, my address data and photographs may be collected, processed, and used by the member companies of Allgäu-Tirol-Bergwelt GmbH and OBERSTDORF · KLEINWALSERTAL BERGBAHNEN.
I have been informed that my personal data collected for the purposes stated above will be collected, processed, and used and transmitted beyond the season for up to three years after the end of the last validity period, in compliance with data protection regulations, and deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the fulfillment of the contract and statutory retention periods have expired.
I have also been informed that the collection, processing, and use of my data is voluntary and that I have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority at any time. Furthermore, I can refuse my consent or revoke it at any time with future effect without adverse consequences, and I have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, and data portability.
