How do I get my MyMountainCard-Flex?

Sales are conducted exclusively online via our online shop. The buyer registers and enters their personal credit card details in the secure area. Sensitive credit card information is not visible to OBERSTDORF · KLEINWALSERTAL BERGBAHNEN employees.
The initialization fee is paid for the first time with the credit card. This initial payment authorizes subsequent debiting of the costs for day and half-day tickets from this credit card. Revocation of the debit authorization can be made at any time by writing to our email address; however, this will result in the blocking of all associated MyMountainCard-Flex cards. The valid chip card can be picked up on-site at any OBERSTDORF · KLEINWALSERTAL BERGBAHNEN ticket office and grants immediate access to the lifts. Please allow processing time.

Information on photo and video surveillance

To ensure the safety of passengers and the cable car operation, as well as to prevent misuse of tickets, the access areas are temporarily monitored by a video system. This is indicated by signs. The passenger consents to video surveillance and the recording of images. Recording is carried out solely to protect the property rights and operational security interests. The data will be deleted immediately when it is no longer required to achieve the intended purpose. The relevant provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act are observed.

The individual services to which this card entitles are provided by legally independent companies. The company selling the card acts solely as the agent for the other companies. Therefore, only the respective company is obligated to provide the individual services and to pay compensation for any incidents.

What happens if a card is misused?

MyMountainCard-Flex are personalized and may not be transferred.
Misuse of MyMountainCard-Flex will result in confiscation and exclusion from transportation. Police charges remain unaffected.
Misuse of admissions can only be refunded after a police report has been filed.

What should I do if I lose my card?

If you lose your MyMountainCard-Flex, you must immediately notify the Fellhornbahn ticket office in Oberstdorf so that the card can be blocked (phone: 0049-8322-96002422) or use the following "Contact form for reporting a lost card": https://www.ok-bergbahnen.com/service/flex-card-verloren/.
All MyMountainCard-Flex access will be charged to the linked credit card until the loss is reported and the card is blocked.
A replacement MyMountainCard-Flex card can be issued for €10.

How long is my MyMountainCard-Flex valid?

From the date of issue, a MyMountainCard-FlexCard Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal is valid for three years.

What should I do if my credit card number changes?

In such a case, please send us an email, or we will ask you (see above) to make an initial payment with the new credit card. This renewed payment authorizes us to subsequently charge the cost of ski day passes to this credit card. All MyMountainCard-Flex cards billed to this new credit card remain valid and do not need to be exchanged.

What happens when my credit card expires?

When registering, you will provide the expiration date of your credit card. We have this information on file, and shortly before your credit card expires, you will receive an email from us requesting another initial payment with your new credit card. This renewed payment of €1.00 authorizes us to subsequently charge the cost of ski day passes to this credit card. All MyMountainCard-Flex cards billed to this new credit card remain valid and do not need to be exchanged.

Can multiple MyMountainCard-Flex be billed with one credit card?

Yes, multiple MyMountainCard-Flex cards can be billed using the same valid credit card.

What amount is charged when using a MyMountainCard-Flex?

The billed price is based on the regular 1-day ticket price or afternoon ticket price at the ticket office of the ski area where the ski day begins, less any discount valid on the day of use. Only our official price information serves as the basis for calculating the MyMountainCard-Flex price. You can find an overview of current prices on the MyMountainCard-Flex registration page. If a debit is not possible, all MyMountainCard-Flex cards associated with this credit card will be blocked.

When will my credit card be charged?

Every time you first pass through a turnstile at one of the lifts in Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal, a pulse is sent to our system. We typically bill your MyMountainCard-Flex based on these pulses every three days and send an email address with information about your access, along with a bill for your winter ski day passes, to your valid credit card.

Information according to § 24 DSG 2000 on “Photocompare”

Please note that for access control purposes, a reference photo of the lift ticket holder will be taken when they first pass through a turnstile equipped with a camera. This reference photo will be compared by the lift staff with the photos taken each time they pass through a turnstile equipped with a camera.

The reference photo will be deleted immediately after the lift ticket expires, and the other photos will be deleted no later than 30 minutes after each pass through a turnstile.

Please note that it is also possible to purchase lift tickets that are technically configured so that no photo is taken when passing through the turnstile; however, random checks by the lift staff must be expected in this case.
