Oktoberfest atmosphere already in July: The lively band "Die HuNis" offers top-notch entertainment on Friday, July 7th, starting at 6 p.m. at the Berghaus Schönblick on the Söllereck near Oberstdorf. The mix of well-known oldies from the 60s, Oktoberfest hits, and parodies, along with culinary delicacies such as grilled chicken, flame-grilled salmon, and Allgäu tapas by the glass, is worth a visit. Admission is free, but registration is requested at 08322-4030. The Söllereckbahn cable car takes you up until 5 p.m. You can use the time until the start of the event for a leisurely evening stroll along one of the numerous hiking trails. After the event, it's about a half-hour walk back to the valley station.
