The Nebelhorn is in bloom these days. The alpine roses and many other mountain flowers are in full bloom. As every year, the Mountain Flower Festival will be celebrated on the Nebelhorn in Oberstdorf. A mountain service begins at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 16, at the Höfatsblick station, accompanied by the Oberallgäu Alphorn players. Around 15 of the traditional instruments will be in use, providing a visually impressive backdrop. In case of inclement weather, a smaller version of the event will take place in the Panorama Restaurant.
Soft sounds will resonate the following day, July 17, on the Walmendingerhorn in Kleinwalsertal at sunset: connoisseurs appreciate this "quiet hour" at 7 p.m. amidst a magnificent mountain panorama. Gentle harp music will accompany the event. Martina Noichl will offer a concert with texts and short stories that will inspire reflection. Ascent by cable car is possible until 6:30 p.m. The cable car inclusive ticket and the Citizen Card are valid for the evening music. The mountain restaurant is also open.
