1. Participation in the competition organized by OBERSTDORF-KLEINWALSERTAL BERGBAHNEN (a merger of Fellhornbahn GmbH, Kleinwalsertaler Bergbahn AG, Nebelhornbahn-Aktiengesellschaft, Söllereckbahn (a company of Oberstdorfer Bergbahn AG) and Skiliftgesellschaft links der Breitach GmbH & Co KG), hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is free of charge and governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.

2. The sole requirement for participation in the competition is to complete and submit the displayed participation form. Participation is free of charge and is not linked to the purchase of goods or services. By participating in the competition, the user accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, employees of the operator, and their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. The participant in the competition is the person who owns the address provided when entering the form. Only one entry per person is permitted. Violation of the rules or repeated participation in the competition will result in disqualification.

4. The competition ends no later than April 30, 2023. The winner will be drawn at the beginning of May 2023. The winner will be notified immediately by email. Prizes will only be awarded to participants who have personally completed all required entry fields for the competition completely, clearly, and correctly.

The following prizes will be awarded:

• 5 × 2 day ski passes for the 2023/24 winter season, valid on all Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal Bergbahnen cable cars.

Each winner will receive a maximum of 2 day ski passes. Cash payments are not possible.

5. The operators reserve the right to suspend the competition completely or temporarily if any difficulties arise that jeopardize the integrity of the competition. The operators also reserve the right to change these terms and conditions of participation without notice.

6. Any liability of the operators and their bodies, employees, and vicarious agents for damages arising from or in connection with the competition, regardless of the legal basis, is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to cases of intent or gross negligence.

The information provided by participants in this competition may be stored and used by the operators for marketing activities and market research purposes. It will not be passed on to third parties. You can revoke your consent to the collection and storage of your personal data by the operators at any time. Please send us an email to info@ok-bergbahnen.com. 7. Legal recourse is excluded.
