From the top of Nebelhorn you have a view over 400 peaks: this is why many locals call it „stage of the alps“. And this „stage“ offers great perspectives – also concerning the snow guarantee.
On 13km of slopes – which include the 7,5 km long slope towards the valley – winter athletes enjoy untroubled winter fun till the end of April.
At Nebelhorn, sun worshippers are just right on the ample sun terrace or on the winter hiking paths. Nebelhorn is also the perfect vantage point for ski tourers and at the Ortovox training center you can practice to find people buried by an avalanche with transceiver and probe.
This is the perfect ski resort for ambitious skiers as it offers many black slopes and a 7,5km run towards the valley, which is the longest slope in Germany.
Beginners also find a suitable terrain at the “Seealpe”, which is perfect for the first tries.
But not only the slopes are of the finest: soon-to-be ski instructors train here, boarders feel at home and freeriders find the perfect terrain.
